Biography

Keith joined the firm in 2001 and concentrates his practice in the representation of individuals injured by medical negligence; workers injured on the job; and welders and others injured by inhalation of welding fumes. Keith has experience in all phases of litigation from simple bench trials to six week long jury trials. He has tried cases in Illinois and Missouri and has appeared numerous times before the Illinois Appellate Courts.

Keith is a frequent speaker and moderator at seminars throughout the country and has been invited to speak in St. Louis, Chicago, San Diego, Las Vegas and Washington, D.C. His topics have ranged from workers' compensation claims, welding fume litigation, and aspects of medical malpractice claims. Keith taught research and writing at Southwestern Illinois College from 1994 through 1996.

Keith is single and father of five: three boys and two girls. He is an avid athlete participating in numerous sports and is a proud supporter of SIU-Carbondale. While an undergraduate, Keith was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society. He worked two jobs throughout law school and also clerked for Arbitrator John Dibble of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.
