Biography
Lindsay Rakers joined the firm in 2004 and currently focuses her practice on personal injury,
product liability and environmental torques. Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay represented numerous corporate
defendants in product liability, medical malpractice, and environmental tort cases.
While at St. Louis University, Lindsay served as Law Review Editor and participated in Health Law
Certificate program, which focuses a large portion of time on medical malpractice and general health law. In 1999,
Lindsay was a member of the United States Attorneys Office in St. Louis as an environmental task force intern.
An avid member of the American Cancer Association and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Lindsay
enjoys spending time following the Fighting Illini and playing guitar. |
